Closes #50

Fix differences between models with SAMPLE_APP=1

It turns out that the Category and FirmwareImage models defined with
`SAMPLE_APP=1` don't have the Meta.unique_together attribute so the
sql queries were less than those made without SAMPLE_APP=1
