* add psalm

remove EventAppearedOnSubscription and other similar interfaces, replace with closures

psalm error level 3 pass

* work on psalm level 2, add purity markers

* further immutable and purity markers

* add more purity and immutable markers

* work on psalm level 1

* work on psalm level 1

* resolve to psalm level 1

* use null| is param instead of ?

* remove not needed docblocks

* use psalm-list instead of array notation in docblock

* cleanup
