watcher: Fix inotify watcher breaking on composite events

inotifywait can pass back multiple events at a time, or flags like
"ISDIR" which aren't really events but end up in the event list anyway.

Without this change the watcher returns a nil error in this situation,
stopping the event loop, but not showing an error to the user. Instead,
just ignore unknown events (this protects us in case inotifywait every
returns something else unexpected).
