The biggest PR ever (#383)

    * The first thing this does is change the evolve functions to take in key : value pairs for setting all of the common block block vars and the passed arguments to evolv2
    * rewrote the bkick kick array to a.) be two dimensional, b.) called kick_info instead of bkick, c.) to contain the random seed associated with the call to kick.f, please looks at the kick.f comments for a full description
    * Mike cleaned up kick.f a lot removing commented out code and stuff that did not make much sense.
    * natal kick array which is now also two dimensional (one row for each SN) is overwritten upon calling evolve.Evolve with the actual natal kick phi theta eccentric mean anomaly that occurred when kick was called in the underlying fotran code. This means initC is saved with key parts of the kick information that was associated with the binary.
    * removed 20 columns from the bpp array and 4 columns from the bcm array all of which reported something about the kick that occurred during the evolution but all of this info is in the kick_info array now and we save on allocated memory by taking all these superfluous columns out.
