Add support code and tests for TLSIdentity (#2634)

* Added TLSIdentityTest
* Added Listener logging domain
* KeyChain cannot be accessed by tests if the tests are not running under a host app. So added hasHostApp property to CBLTestCase to indicate that the tests are running under a test host app or not.
* Fix according to code review
