remove examples folder and move some of the tests to tests/buildspec for (#297)

examples and used to serve as example Buildspec for regression testing
Remove tests/testdir/slurm-hello.yml and merge part of the script into
tests/examples/buildspecs/environment.yml
Remove known_sections, build_sections, variable_sections since there is
no need of these variables defined in buildtest/default.py
add test for buildtest/log.py to verify init_logfile method
Remove self.metadata["shell"] key
Remove adding known_sections into self.metadata
Remove method BuilderBase().check_returncode() and assign value directly
to boolean
Rename method in BuilderBase _get_test_lines() --> _build_testcontent() for a meaningful name since this method builds the test content based on the Builder type.
Move the implementation for _build_testcontent in subclass while base
class will not implement anything.
Fix directory path due to change in location where Buildspec examples
are now located, this affected tests in tests/buildsystem/test_base.py and tests/menu/test_build.py
