Add support for 'dotted only' style such as Luke.1.1-Luke.1.5

This is used by some semanticbible.com data sets, and seems like a reasonable enough format that we should support it, especially since supporting Chicago style abbreviations as of v1.8.0 means we do support Lk.1.1 but not Luke.1.1 before this commit
