Adjusted text in the 'Playing the Game' and 'Scoring' tabs of the Rul… (#522)

* Adjusted text in the 'Playing the Game' and 'Scoring' tabs of the RulesModal.vue to more explicitly state how a winner is determined. It should be clearer that a player does not win by getting the instruction limit, but that other bonuses are added after the game has ended.

* Fixed a small typo in rule text.

* Removed references to True and False playing fields in 'Playing the Game' rules section. Added some general turn information to replace it.

* Added some info to the 'Playing the Game' rules text to indicate that it is possible to use your turn to draw a new hand.
