Follow the standard concerning the recursivity

Before : FOO FOO ; was accepted by SimForth as recursive function while
the standard refuses it (unknown FOO). My idea was wrong because it
cannot concatenate code such as : FOO + ; : FOO FOO + + ; or the gforth
example code
