Update getting started (#288)

* first commit to Getting Started, needed to remove outdated docs.
Add Vanessa to LICENSE file, and Copyright details from each file,
this adds too much overhead of managing each file.

* remove spider.rst page this is not needed anymore.
Update installation  page since we don't need to install Lmod and
make it clear when to install development dependencies.
Update Introspection page with examples on how to use
'buildtest show schema' command.

* remove copyright from test files, this is captured in LICENSE.
Update authors in conf.py and minor adjustment in index.rst
