[Core] Rethrow but do not collect failures in test case

Rather the only catching failures during the instantiation of a runner
`CucumberExecutionContext.runTestCase` would also collect the exceptions
thrown by `TestCaseResultObserver.assertTestCasePassed`.

By wrapping these exceptions and unpacking them again we can bypass
collection.
