Run hide_files after inject_yum_repo

When hide_files runs before inject_yum_repo
these lines will be added in Dockerfile,

ADD atomic-reactor-repos/* '/etc/yum.repos.d/'
RUN mv -f /etc/yum.repos.d/ubi.repo /tmp || :

but we could actually have ubi.repo in atomic-reactor-repos,
which we would like to use, by switching plugins, it
will first delete existing ubi.repo from base image and then
add our repos
