Full compatibility of backend support, including analysis (#62)

networkx, igraph, and graph-tool backends are now all providing the same results for a series of analysis functions.

* refactoring of analysis functions
* test and comparison of analysis functions
* complete support for undirected graphs
* added ``is_connected`` method
* removed ``num_wcc`` and ``num_scc`` in favor of ``connected_components``
* ``adjacency_matrix`` is now binary by default
