WIP: Compute rasterio transform bounds in the interpolate method using the coordinates start, stop and step.

* The boundary does not currently need to be passed through to the interpolator.
* Adds start, stop, and step properties to the ArrayCoordinates1d (only valid when the coordinates are uniform).
* Coordinates geotransform property supports uniform ArrayCoordinates1d.
* Singleton ArrayCoordinates1d objects are not uniform.
* WCS node also computes bounds using start, stop, and step.
* Datasource boundary defaults are removed, validation and tests added.
