Add admin methods to datastore to help manage setting and resetting authentication fields. (#302)

Currently, setting up things like two-factor and unified sign in require going through the views/forms. That's
great but sometimes  applications want to set things up out of band.

Furthermore, there wasn't any defined way to reset all these mechanisms in the case that a user was
compromised.

lastly - doing this pointed out some issues in unified sign up where validation of methods wasn't being done
quite correctly.
