[Core] Use ConcurrentEventListener for selected plugins

These plugins can all handle events from different test cases concurrently:
 - MessageFormatter
 - RerunFormatter
 - UnusedStepsSummaryPrinter
 - UsageFormatter

 Note: Events are not offered concurrently to the plugin but may come from
 different test cases that are executed concurrently.
