allow frozen objects to work with an interface

There is a significant difference in the way an interface behaves compared to an object using Casting.
An interface binds methods to an object who has no knowledge of Surrounded and method_missing does not apply
at the scope you expect from other objects. The interface/Negotiator wraps an object but applies methods
from the role behaviors individually. These wrapped objects do not have awareness of their context.
