Refactor and more (#26)

* Refactor to eliminate helper package and better organize code
* Add Go modules
* Add tests for pgp encryption/decryption
* Add general integration test script
* Fix misc. typos
* Switch to golangci-lint and address all issues
* Update travis config to use Ubuntu Bionic and tweak test scripts
* Don't show usage on error return
* Fixed PGP key selection issue - passphrase no longer required for encryption sends (except smart backups)
  * Breaking Change: previously encryptTo used the public key using the secret keyring, fixed to use the public keyring
