all: disable Coreutils, SQLite and fma.ll test cases for now

Coreutils and SQLite will be re-enabled once they have been updated
using Clang 10.0. This is needed as LLVM 10.0 uses local IDs for
unnamed function parameters, and updating the test cases for this
manually would not be possible.

fma.ll is disabled for now until #133 is resolved.
