Minor improvements and bugfixes

General

* updated all references of 0.8.0.dev0 to 0.8.0.dev1
* now we handle meshes with no geometry by returning empty vertices, normals and triangles elements
* package version is now a variable in `sfftk_migrate/__init__.py`
* new `-V/--version` flag to show the package version
* moved `list_versions` to `core` module
* ignore `main` module in coverage calculations
* now we only print the first ten dropped fields during a migrations (otherwise too crowded to show all)
* version bump: v0.1.0b5

Tests

* renamed `tests` module to `test_sfftk_migrate` for PyCharm to see tests
* proper tests for doing a migration: test both null and actual migrations
* all tests now run in verbose mode
* tests for `_check` with empty message
* tests for showing package version
* tests for mesh migration exceptions (e.g. in `migrations.migrate_v0_7_0_dev0_to_v0_8_0_dev1.migrate_mesh`) such as wrong `vertices_mode`...
* coverage table now sorted by coverage in increasing order
