Fix multiprocessing.

Indeed, before this patch, the multiprocessing was actually made after
checking if the subject should be ignored. That caused the recheck (for
long tests for example) to not take advantage of multiprocessing.

From now, the previously mentionned check is done per process and not in
the main process.

Also:
  * Replace all occurences of "1.1.1.1" and "1.0.0.1" with "8.8.8.8" and
    "8.4.4.8" respectively.

    This change mostly affect and is mainly focused on the documentation.
    In fact, while using Cloudflare's Public DNS, PyFunceble may not work
    proprelly.

    Therefore, we recommend switching from Cloudflare's to Google's Public
    DNS server.
