[IMP] openupgrade_merge_records: Allow to use SQL method before loading registry

Previous code forced to have the model to be merged in the registry, as the table of
the model is got from ORM. Now we allow to pass the table name of the model for not
requiring ORM, so we can use this operation in pre-migration scripts.

Partially fixes OCA/OpenUpgrade#2289
