Commit Message

ENH: Refactor of ParallelAsync. It is now a child or Parallel and handles the submission of async functions in the eval_source. This was needed because it was taking a very long time to serially submit 1000's of workers, needing to wait a few seconds to make sure the timeouterror is not missed from AWS. This new approach has 100's of workers waiting on these requests, which means you can submit much faster.
* Also fixing _repr_keys to be more informative
* Adding try-except around the res.get() call in Parallel so that the manager doesn't die on exceptions. Errors are kept track of in self.errors
