Move to composition for library graphs (#60)

* composition via new `graph` attribute
* move some loops to list comprehension
* updated analyses functions
* updated geometry (with copy)
* added copy function and tests
* removed `get_name`
* removed checks for graph-tool 2.22
* corrected wrong function for WCC in networkx
* minor changes for Python 3 move
