A major rework of the graph building part of grammarinator-process

Includes:
- Rework of graph building class to a function. (No need for a
  class as it is only instantiated to call a single method on the
  object.)
- Renaming of functions to better fit current behaviour. (Their
  role changed with the switch to template-based generation).
- Change of internal graph node IDs. (Non-rule nodes use a single
  integer ID. This also helps avoid name collision with rule
  names.)
- Simplification of handling of labeled alternatives.
- Simplification of complex control structures.
