Commit Message

added support for Visual Studio C++

This commits changes the C++ code generation so that the generated code complies with Visual Studio C++. Unfortunately, Visual Studio C++ does not conform to some of the standard C++ language constructs such as named struct initialization and alternative operator tokens (*e.g.*, "not" for "!").
