VSGI.Application provide both synchronous and asynchronous handlers.

Offers the possibility to handle synchronously or asynchronously a pair of
request and response and perform specific handling in either cases.

Technically, this enable the subrouting capability where a handler can just
invoke another Router handler on its request-response pair.
