Moved description of INSTANCENAME to new --help-instancename option

Details:

* The description of INSTANCENAME was in the help of every instance
  command that used it. However, it no longer described all approaches
  sufficiently. Describing all approaches with examples is too long
  to fit into the help text of every command. This change therefore
  introduces a new command option named '--hi', '--help-instancename'
  that shows a help text about specifying instance names using
  the INSTANCENAME including the --key and --namespace command options,
  and shortens the text in the command help to hint at the new
  option.

* Introducing the new --help-instancename command option required
  defining the INSTANCENAME argument with required=False and checking
  its presence manually (it is of course still required). Without
  this change, the check for INSTANCENAME would occur before the
  help for instancename has a chance to be processed. The external
  behavior is unchanged (except that the --help-instancename command
  option now has precedence over the error of a missing INSTANCENAME
  argument). Specifically, the error message shown when the INSTANCENAME
  argument is missing, a well as the return code, are the same as
  before.
