Enhancements to creating and using rewriting systems. (#3916)

* ENHANCE: Split up large primes when finding rewriting systems for groups

ENHANCE: Moved rewriting systems for groups between files

To avoid overloading 2-cohomology

Moved creator into function, clean up code.

* ENHANCE: AbelianGroup constructors (etc.) do not check confluence

The confluence test (which is not needed in this context) can be very expensive when
creating groups of high rank.

* ENHANCE: Allow to create KBRWS w/o it enumerating pairs

(pair otherwise are enumerated even if rules are confluent)
This makes it possible to create RWS with thousands of rules quickly.

* ENHANCE: BN-Style rewriting systems for simple groups

First steps, following the ideas of Jack Schmidt (but implemented
from scratch)

Use proper weyl group, use all rules from DC's. Also use special pcgs for
solvable

Store type of hom, monhom maker is own function

* ENHANCE: PC grp. method for IsomorphismFpGroupByChiefSeries

Test for pc generic cohom

Updated `makeperfect.g` to current code.
