Moved description of INSTANCENAME to new --help-instancename option

Details:

* The description of INSTANCENAME was in the help of every instance
command that used it. However, it no longer described all approaches
sufficiently. Describing all approaches with examples is too long
to fit into the help text of every command. This change therefore
introduces a new command option named '--hi', '--help-instancename'
that how a help text about specifying instance names using
the INSTANCENAME including the --key and --namespace command options,
and shortens the text in the command help to hint at the new
  option.

* Introducing the new --help-instancename command option required
making the INSTANCENAME argument optional and checking its presence
manually (it is of course still required).
