Fixed incorrect coverage reported after pytest

Details:

* On Python 3.8 with minimum package levels, the coverage reported at the
  end of the pytest run was incorrect. It was much lower (e.g. 40% instead of 90%),
  and reported missing lines of files that were way beyond the number of lines
  of the files. The issue does not show up on Python 2.7 with minimum package
  levels, and not on Python 3.8 with latest package levels. Experiments show
  that the 'coverage' package caused the behavior, and that that bug was fixed
  in coverage version 4.5.2.

  This change increases the minimum version of coverage to 4.5.2.
