Fixes #41: Refactor Account and Email entity, so that they no longer use makeFromArray(), but instead use Symfony's normalisation classes

Removed references to makeFromArray(), toSafeArray() and toArray() from Services, Repositories, Entities and Controllers

Adapted unit tests to new organisational format

Readded support for integration testing with new entity structure and service organisation

Started work on functional controller testing, saving an intermediary point in the new organisational structure

Refactored the register action in functional testing, so that it actually works now

Fixed all the tests and adapted them to the new model

Fix for functional test

Removed validation chcecks for datetime fields to to micro-granularity bug

Fixed code coverage on email service

Fixed repository test failure
