Automates PyPI deployment via Travis, closes #10

Note this requires creating a PyPI token for the project via:
https://pypi.org/manage/account/token/
This token can later be set in Travis `PYPI_PASSWORD` environment
variable via:
https://travis-ci.com/github/AndreMiras/pyetheroll/settings
This can later be debugged by changing `.travis.yml` file and
`tags: true` to `all_branches: true`
