Use dedicated directory for plugins cache

Since we might have more than one cache, each with data it has to
swap to file, we need to dedicate directories to each to avoid
caches corrupting each other's data.

With that mind, we shall make plugins cache use a dedicated directory
from 'app.cache.plugins'
