Enable docs by default, add docdash as default JSDoc theme

- Add repository config value for overriding value in package.json
- Add automatic parsing of package.json file for repository path and assignment to repository config value
- Automatically assign repository path to menu entry in generated documentation
- Remove unused default JSDoc config options for now
