Issue/#346 game length too long (#511)

* Refactored game.add_result to use GameOutcome constructor

* Only consider the sim having ended when `GameEnded` is received

* Also call `on_game_end` once every connection has sent `GameEnded`

* Log before messages are sent

This actually does result in log messages that preserve a more sane 
order.

* Refactor game_join

* Add integration test for GameEnded command

* Add a timeout to `read_until_command`

Sometimes the travis build hangs on an integration test and we never get 
to see the log output. Adding a timeout will cause the test to properly 
fail instead of hanging which should allow us to figure out why it 
failed

* Handle unknown outcomes as UNKNOWN instead of raising ValueError

* Wait some extra time so the server handles our join request correctly

* Try to let other connections write stuff

* Create user outside of `connect_and_sign_in`
