Change build process to use Webpack instead of Browserify

- Add Webpack configuration files for regular and minified script files
- Add Webpack and Webpack CLI as global dependencies in Travis configuration file
- Output sourcemaps for both regular and minified script files
- Update from deprecated Istanbul to NYC to fix code coverage
- Add entry to npm and git ignore files for NYC output directory
- Disable lint task and remove dependency on Fabricator along with related modules and Gulp file
- Move case development dependencies into dependency list
- Change sub-dependencies to have their exports spread into the main export
- Change unit tests and main entry point to use source file instead of distribution files
- Distribution files now only work in web environments
- Swap src with dist directory in npm ignore file to reduce module size
