create wrapper for deleteHashedKey to show or not logs on failure (#2943)

In order to give solution to https://github.com/TykTechnologies/tyk/issues/2941 was created a wrapper for the handler to delete hashed keys as not always that a key is not removed is an error, the reason in https://github.com/TykTechnologies/tyk/issues/2941 to get those errors are because a key that wasn't propagated is attempted to be removed, and this is not exactly an error so, display errors logs is not ok
