* add WorkflowState.isRetryable with default implementation that returns true, use in AbstractWorkflowDefinition.isRetryable

* add tests, add default implementation for WorkflowState.getDescription(), refactor

* update javadocs, rename field, add example workflow demonstrating different ways to disable retry

* add descriptions for cureated workflow states

* update version to 7.1.0-SNAPSHOT
