* Added load function to get MCMC solutions from h5py file.
* Added script for plotting batch MCMC solver results to PDF file. Fixed some issues with inconsistent axes scales on gridplot.
* Back azimuth filtering updated to handle discontinuity at 360|0 degrees
* Converting solution from Vs dimension to k dimension for plotting (PV-119)
