DEC-313:
-Modified the controller to only render the item partial when the save was successful, and instead render an errors jbuilder on failure. The errors jbuilder simply renders the item partial with the list of errors attached. So if anyone receives a 422 unprocessable error, they can check the errors on the json for the specific errors that occurred.
-Updated tests accordingly.
