#398: Figured out a way to have "polymorphic" hook functions. Simply have the context provider implementation return the appropriate hook function to be called. With this change, we can finally combine MgMapViewer and GenericMapViewer into a single MapViewer that can work against both the MapGuide and generic viewer contexts as that behavior is driven by the context provider implementation provided in the parent.
