OSX: Fix activation policy

The app activation policy was set to "prohibited", which is described
as [1]:

> The application doesn’t appear in the Dock and may not create windows
> or be activated.

This is fixed by setting the policy to "regular" [2]:

> The application is an ordinary app that appears in the Dock and may
> have a user interface.
