[Render/Renderer] Vulkan's basic initialization is complete

- The triangle example is all set & working!
  - Added two basic shaders to display this triangle

- Added shaders, render pass, pipeline, framebuffers, command pools/buffers & semaphores
- Added Renderer::drawFrame(), which goes through the actual rendering process

- Window's glfwSwapBuffers() & glClearColor() are not called anymore when using Vulkan
