Right-handed coordinate system and a spinning cube (#10)

Changed coordinate system to use right-handed coordinate system with Z axis pointing towards the camera. Y is up, X is right.
Added model-to-world translation matrix plus view and projection matrices both on CPU and GPU (vertex shader) sides. View is currently projected with set 90° FoV.
Next steps should be to finally design a proper draw/drawable pipeline and pack view and projection matrices along the world matrix in a struct in a single constant buffer.
