This change was made because of Northrop's requirement of having keep-in
and keep-out zones for all vehicles. The 'keep-in' zone is an area bounding all vehicles from leaving it. For our purposes, this keep-in zone will be about the size of the field/runway that the mission is taking place. The 'keep-out' zone is an area restricting all vehicles from entering it. In our case, this zone will be the area that students/workers are sitting/observing.

Both the keep-in and keep-out zones needed to have the ability to be created dynamically in the case that we aren't given specific lat/lng values before the time of testing/demonstration.

Inside of of the Mission Window GUI, Keep-In and Keep-Out box generators were
added in order to (1) create global bounding areas dynamically and (2) showcase the keep-in box in the color green, and the keep-out box in the color red, for easier distinctions on the GCS GUI map.

This change was tested with npm test
