Commit Message

Remove unused HTML templates and views

- almost all HTML templates under templates/run/
- TestRunReportView - won't be needed, will print the page directly
- data/TestExecutionDataMixin - used only in report view
- AddCasesToRunView - will be using a new UI flow + RPC
- ManageTestRunCC - needs to be reimplemented as JSON RPC
- tests related to the removed views which are not skipped.
  Skipped tests will be fixed at other steps in this PR
- static/js/testrun_actions.js - not used anywhere else
  NOTE: a number of functions will need to be reimplemented but
  ATM it looks like it will be easier/cleaner to reimplement them
  from scratch. If need be they can be copied from this commit or
  from the master branch.
