Feature/1153/optimize user entries (#3302)

* Optimizes the users/entries endpoint by using JPQL named queries to get lightweight entries containing only the relevant fields.
* manually construct entrypath by retrieving path elements in JPQL query
* Clean up, created EntryLite class to preserve types when querying from database
