Mission Window Keep-In, Keep-Out Boxes

 ## Why is the change being made?

This change was made because of Northrop's requirement of having keep-in
and keep-out zones for all vehicles

 ## What has changed to address the problem?

Inside of of the Mission Window GUI, Keep-In and Keep-Out boxes were
added in order to create global bounding areas dynamically with different
colors :)

 ## How was this change tested?

This change was tested with npm test
