Fix CI (#229)

* Fix "Can't open /etc/init.d/xvfb" in Travis.

This has changed the execution format of xvfb:

* Remove sudo: false

It is deprecated:

* Don't use versions of plone.app.robotframework.

* Separate Plone 4 and Plone 5 versions

* Install buildout with pip to avoid infinite restart of buildout

* Remove CATALOG_OPTIMIZATION_DISABLED=true from tests
